Workload is my major hesitation. What would this be in lieu of? Would there be a teacher that was dedicated to creating and adapting the new curriculum that would also team with the teachers that are rolling it out? Where does this leave DI vs DN?

1) Print an email
2) Begin to find a better balance between the two
3) I think his concerns are still valid but maybe for older grades. Being a DN brings up a whole new set of concerns for younger students. I am seeing a lack of being able to slowing down, connecting to the people around you, the ability to read facial expressions and not just emoji, etc.
